RELEASED: FBI document detailing alleged $10M Biden bribery scheme publicized by Republicans – Burisma CEO Zlochevsky called Hunter ‘stupid’ but necessary to keep on board because ‘his dad’ then-Vice President Joe Biden could ‘protect’ from ‘problems’
A highly anticipated internal FBI document obtained by DailyMail.com contains bombshell claims from a confidential human source alleging that then-Vice President Joe and Hunter Biden “forced” a Ukrainian oil executive to pay them $10 million.
According to a 2015 conversation described in the FD-1023 form between the source and Burisma CFO Vadim Pojarski, Hunter Biden was hired on the board to “Protect us, through his father, from all sorts of troubles,” despite that “Hunter Biden was not smart.”
Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky additionally told the source during a meeting, “it costs 5 (million) to pay one Biden, and 5 (million) to the other Biden.”
Zlochevsky added that “while Hunter Biden was ‘dumb’ and his (Zlochevsky’s) dog was smarter, ‘Zlochevsky had to keep Hunter Biden (on the board) so that everything would work out.”
The FD-1023 form details a $10 million total “arrangement” for an exchange of money for policy decisions between then-Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and a Ukrainian oil executive
According to the redacted FD-1023 form released Thursday by Senator Chuck Grassley, the source said the 2015 and 2016 meetings took place around the time that then-Vice President Joe Biden “made a public statement about (former) Ukrainian Attorney General Viktor Shokin being corrupt, and that he should be fired/removed from office.”
At the time, Shokin had opened an investigation into Burisma, which the company knew would “substantially adversely affect Burisma’s future IPO in the United States.”
The form says Zlochevsky replied, “Don’t worry, Hunter handles all those problems through his father.”
In addition, ZIochevsky stated after the 2016 election that he was “not happy that Trump won the election” and that he also “didn’t want to pay the Bidens and he was “forced to pay them.”
The form also confirms that Burisma’s director was concerned about how to explain it suspicious wire transfers that may prove some (illegal) payments to the Bidens.”
Zlochevsky replied “he didn’t send any money directly to the ‘Big Guy’ (which CHS understood was a reference to Joe Biden).”
Zlochevsky said it would take “10 years to find the data (i.e. unauthorized payments to Joe Biden).”
The CEO also stated that he did not want to pay the Bidens and that he was “pushed to pay.”
In addition, on June 29, 2020, the source added in additional reporting that Zlochevsky said “he has many text messages and a total of 17 ‘recordings’ showing he was forced to make such payments.”
DailyMail.com previously reported that the 17 audio recordings of phone calls — two of Joe Biden and 15 of Hunter Biden — were kept as an “insurance policy.”
The FBI FD-1023 form was created on June 30, 2020 from information provided by a highly paid informant and brought to the attention of Republicans by a whistleblower. It details an “arrangement” of $5 million each between then-Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and an oil director — identified as Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky — in exchange for firing a Ukrainian prosecutor who had opened an investigation into the company.
Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, obtained and published the document after months of back-and-forth between the top Republican and the FBI over “legally protected disclosures” by Justice Department (DOJ) whistleblowers.
The document contains limited redactions to protect the confidential human source, handling agents, names of DOJ whistleblowers and references to connect ongoing investigations, a Senate aide said.
“For much of a year I have been urging the Justice Department and FBI to provide details of their handling of highly significant allegations made by a trusted FBI informant implicating then-Vice President Biden in a criminal bribery scheme,” Grassley said in a statement.
“While the FBI tried to cover up and redact the document, the American people can now read this document for themselves, without the filter of politicians or bureaucrats, thanks to brave and heroic whistleblowers.”
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., added that the FBI’s memo “closes with the evidence uncovered by the Oversight Committee’s investigation into the influence of the Biden family.”
In the FBI file, the director of Burisma claims that he did not pay the “big man” directly, but that he used several bank accounts to hide the money. That is very similar to how the Bidens do business: using multiple bank accounts to hide the source and total amount of the money.”
The Republicans expressed their continued commitment to expose the truth about Biden’s family business.
