Bush has lived in the Encino home, which has an upgraded alarm system befitting a household of its value, since 2019.

It appears the house is locked, making it very difficult for a burglar to gain access to Bush’s property.

Bush has not commented on the incident, while a police investigation is underway.

Bush last played in the NFL in 2016 for the Buffalo Bills, but is best known for his time at USC, where he had one of the most successful college careers for a running back in history.

In 2005, Bush ran for 1,740 yards and scored 16 touchdowns, winning the Heisman Trophy.

Bush’s Heisman win was overturned nearly two decades ago after it was revealed he had received an improper benefit while at USC, more than fifteen years before name, image and likeness deals were legalized.

His victory from earlier this year was reinstated.
