The 48-year-old Academy Award winner walked the red carpet with 20-year-old Deacon Phillippe, who bears a striking resemblance to his father Ryan Phillippe, at the Blink Twice premiere in Los Angeles.
She looked chic in a black pantsuit with short, wide sleeves and an avant-garde collarless neckline.
Witherspoon completed the look with a pair of matching black heels and wore her hair pulled back, revealing her sparkly earrings.

Last month, rumors of a relationship between Witherspoon and German businessman Oliver Haarmann surfaced when they went for dinner together in New York City.
A source told People that Witherspoon is “taking it slow when it comes to dating.”
“She’s excited about it, but she doesn’t want it to be a big focus. She’s busy with work and her son,” the insider noted. “Those are her biggest priorities.”
In addition to Deacon, Witherspoon has a daughter, Ava, 24, with her ex Phillippe, 49, whom she was married to from 1999 to 2008.
The Hello Sunshine mogul also has an 11-year-old son, Tennessee James, with her ex-husband Jim Toth, from whom she finalized her divorce last year after tying the knot in 2011.
Witherspoon also posed on the red carpet with her Big Little Lies co-star Laura Dern on Thursday in support of their castmate Zoe Kravitz.
Blink Twice is Kravitz’s directorial debut, starring her boyfriend Channing Tatum as a tech billionaire who lures women back to his shady island.
After running for two seasons from 2017 to 2019, the HBO series will soon return for a long-awaited third season.

Witherspoon’s co-star and co-producer Nicole Kidman previously said they were moving “fast and furious” with the upcoming installment.
Author Liane Moriarty, who wrote the original 2014 novel on which the series is based, is hard at work on a new book to serve as source material.
“The rest is — we have to keep our mouths shut because it’s such a cliché that you should never talk about something until you’ve done it,” Kidman, 57, told Vanity Fair in June.
After Witherspoon announced in March that they were developing a third season, their cast members began reaching out to them.

“But we are now!” Kidman noted. “We’re going fast and furious, and Liane is delivering the book. Yeah, and we’re in good shape.”
