Rebel Wilson has revealed she is feeling down after gaining weight due to stress.
The Australian actress lost a whopping 35kg during her ‘Year of Health’ in 2020.
The 43-year-old revealed in an Instagram post on Monday that she has since gained 14kg (2.2 stone or 30 pounds).
‘A lot of hard work has meant that, despite all the stress, I have gained 14 kg (30 pounds)! It makes me feel bad about myself… it shouldn’t… but it does,” she wrote.
‘I’m really proud of the work I’ve done on new films and my memoir, it’s just been a LOT and I’ve lost focus on my healthy lifestyle.

Rebel has spoken openly about her weight loss journey over the past few years, documenting her shrinking figure on her social media pages, much to the delight of her legions of fans.
In 2020, Rebel decided she would focus on her health for a year and set fitness goals, as well as a weight loss target by the end of the year, vowing to tip the scales at 75 kg (11 stone or 165 pounds) . year was out.
At the start of her strict regime, her trainer Jono Castano from Acero gym spoke about the grueling sessions Rebel undertook, but admitted she was taking the new lifestyle one day at a time.

Jono explained that during their “fun” workouts, they used an assault bike and did squats, a medicine ball and battle ropes, among other exercises.
Another of her trainers — Gunnar Peterson — told People magazine in October 2021 that Rebel “really took her training seriously” early in the journey.
He said, “And when she went to do her last three projects, she was with me for a few months and then she was gone for a few months, and I don’t worry about her. She has locked herself in. It is the best.
‘She eats well. She is recovering well. She manages her stress levels, stays informed and stays on top of her workouts.”

She explained: ‘I used to eat probably 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I was still hungry.
‘So I’ve really switched to a high-protein diet, which is a challenge because I didn’t eat much meat before. I eat fish, salmon and chicken fillet.’
