Rebel Wilson caused a stir at the Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday amid a controversial legal battle with the producers of her directorial debut The Deb.
The 44-year-old Bridesmaids actress, who is being sued for defamation by the film’s producers, posted a gallery of fiery photos on Instagram in which she showed off her best side in a black, figure-hugging Versace dress.
This pretty lady’s luscious blonde hair was tied in a ponytail and a radiant coat of makeup and smokey eyeshadow added that extra something to her appearance, as she showed off her slim figure and incredible weight loss.
She completed her stunning look with matching high heels and a designer clutch.
The Sydney-born star exuded style and confidence as she showed off her best angles in the breathtaking photos, taken at TIFF’s Director’s Dinner event.
Rebel appeared to be having the time of her life at the exclusive film festival, where she was spotted with a host of her A-list friends, including Selena Gomez and Robbie Williams.
The blonde beauty is currently in Canada to attend the festival for the world premiere of her Australian musical comedy The Deb, which opens later this year.
This came after Rebel criticized the film’s producers in an abusive tirade after they took legal action against her.

The actress made her stance very clear after it was announced that she was being sued for defamation by the producers of her film, which led to shocking reactions.
Producers Amanda Ghost and Gregor Cameron and executive producer Vince Holden filed a lawsuit after Rebel accused them of blocking her film’s premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September.
Last month, the trio filed an amended complaint, to which Wilson responded with a fierce statement aimed at Len Blavatnik, the billionaire whose company AI Film financed the coming-of-age musical.

“Len Blavatnik please stop funding and protecting Amanda Ghost, Gregor Cameron and Vince Holden,” Wilson wrote in an impassioned post on Instagram.
She called the producers “scumbags” and continued her tirade, calling them “mean and disgusting.”
“It is clear that the recent press reports and ongoing reprisals against me for speaking the truth about my little Australian film are FALSE,” Wilson continued.

The producers of The Deb had previously called Wilson a “vicious bully” in a defamation lawsuit filed against her, as the fallout from the film’s failed premiere continued to worsen.
In their amended complaint, The Deb’s producers alleged that Wilson defamed them in an Instagram post detailing her allegations of embezzlement from the film’s budget. They also alleged that Ghost sexually harassed one of the lead actresses, which was untrue and that there was “not a shred of evidence to support these allegations.”
Meanwhile, Rebels attorney Bryan Freedman claimed in a statement to Deadline that “the number of people corroborating Rebels’ experience is astounding.”
