Rebel Wilson drops price on Los Angeles ‘office house’ by $300,000
Rebel Wilson has slashed the price of the sprawling Los Angeles mansion she used as her “office space” for years.
The 44-year-old Pitch Perfect star first listed her home, located in Los Angeles’s posh Fairfax neighborhood, for $4.15 million (USD) in June, but purchased it in 2016 for $2.95 million, shortly after it was built.
After failing to find a buyer, the Australian actress has slashed the price of her second home in LA by $300,000 to $3.85 million.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home is listed for sale by Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor for Douglas Elliman.
The two-story house stands on a whopping 400 square meters and has high ceilings and several fireplaces.
It also features an open plan luxury kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, which flows into the downstairs living and dining area.
There is also a spacious media room and a dedicated fitness room.
Upstairs you will find a Jack and Jill bedroom and a master bedroom with a private balcony and a luxurious en suite bathroom.

The backyard is beautifully landscaped and features a covered patio, a beautiful pool and a spa.
Speaking to the New York Post In June, real estate agent Tracy Tutor said Rebel primarily used the home as a workspace.
“She worked there every day and occasionally spent the night there,” she said.
“This was a great place for her to be creative, to write, to host meetings and to have parties.”
The publication also reported that Rebel wrote much of her recently published autobiography Rebel Rising at her West Hollywood home.

According to the publication, she also brainstormed ideas for her 2019 film The Hustle and her 2022 film Senior Year, and posted a ton of social media content from her swanky abode.
Tracy added that the only “material change” Rebel made to the house was converting a garage into a gym, complete with a pink neon sign that read “Rebel Gym.”
“She didn’t make any material changes to the house, but she was totally into fitness and wellness,” she told the Post
“She said something like, ‘I want to turn this space into a really cool gym where I can work out every day.’”
Meanwhile, Rebel’s primary residence — where she lives with her fiancé Ramona Agruma and her 22-month-old daughter Royce — is in the Hollywood Hills.
