Reba McEntire DENIES she called Taylor Swift ‘an entitled brat’ at the Super Bowl: ‘Don’t believe everything you see on the Internet’

Reba McEntire has denied calling Taylor Swift an “entitled brat” after the Super Bowl in Las Vegas.

The Voice coach, 68, responded to a message from a conservative Facebook page called America Loves Liberty, after they claimed she talked ‘about how disappointed she was watching the big screen perform The National Anthem, only to see Taylor Swift laughing and drinking and making fun of the event.”

The page added a claim that Reba said, “I gave it to her afterward. She’s a little bitch rightfully so.’

Reba shared the image on her Instagram and wrote: ‘Please don’t believe everything you see on the internet. I didn’t say this.’

“Taylor is an amazing artist, a strong role model and has done so much good for so many people and the music industry,” Reba – who admitted she wasn’t initially attracted to her boyfriend Rex Linn – added.

The Fancy singer has been a vocal supporter of the Karma singer and her career for over 20 years.

In December, McEntire talked about the moment she saw a very young Swift perform the song Tim McGraw from her self-titled debut album for McGraw himself.

“(Taylor) walked down the stairs and looked straight at Tim McGraw singing, and I thought, ‘This girl is going to be a big star,'” McEntire said NBC’s TikTok channel.

“Number one: walk, sing, walk down to your icon that you really want to sing to and make an impact without making a mistake. I mean, I was impressed.”

The Does He Love You singer even approves of the Midnights singer’s relationship with Travis Kelce, 34, even though she was in love with him.

“Oh my god, I’m so mad at her because I was in love with him,” she joked during a performance Today in October 2023.

“Now I can’t have a crush because he’s dating her,” she joked.

Her fans were overwhelmingly on her side after she called out the troll post.
