‘Really it’s all gone’: New Hunter Biden texts show him complaining to his uncle about not being able to ‘pay alimony or for food or gas without dad’

New text messages have revealed how Hunter Biden told his uncle James in December 2018 that he had run out of money and needed his father’s help.

The now first son told his James in text messages in IRS whistleblower documents that he was broke and couldn’t pay child support.

In text messages dated December 29, 2018, he wrote, “I can work if I’m in New York every day from 8 a.m. to noon for the next three months. But I can’t pay child support without daddy or college tuition or food and gas.

“Really, it’s all gone. I’m sure, I can make it up to you in 15/20 days, but he’s basically made it clear that he’s not paying child support because mom has made it clear that she won’t.’

Hunter, 53, also talks about moving to his father’s mansion in Delaware after the collapse of his relationship with his sister-in-law turned lover Hallie Biden.

The text continues: ‘Hallie won’t allow me to be in the house, nor will she lend me or pay me back any money.

“Ashley moves into mom’s house after I told dad I was going to live there.

“That night I tell Dad I probably want to stay in the area and live with you specifically and teach my course at Penn and maybe develop another course.”

In response, James Biden said: “This can work, you need a safe haven. I can work with you, father alone!!

“As usual, we just need a few months of his help to make this work. Let’s talk about it. It makes perfect sense to me. This is difficult to fully explore without talking.

‘Would you please call me on w/A. We can develop a plan together. It can work. I’m going to try to call you again, Ans.’

The exchange was revealed in a litany of documents released by the House Ways and Means Committee earlier this week.

The text exchange clouds claims Hunter made to his daughter Naomi in January 2019, claiming he gave half his salary to his father.

It comes just days after financial data obtained by Congress showed that Chinese companies sent $250,000 to Joe Biden’s private home in 2019.

The payments came in two wire transfers to Hunter Biden, who listed his father’s home in Wilmington, Delaware as his own address.

Records state that Joe’s Wilmington, Delaware home at ‘1209 Barley Mill Rd’ was listed as the beneficiary’s address

It comes just days after financial data obtained by Congress showed that Chinese companies sent $250,000 to Joe Biden’s private home in 2019.

The payments came in two wire transfers to Hunter Biden, who listed his father’s home in Wilmington, Delaware as his own address.

The revelation marked a stunning escalation in the investigation into whether Joe Biden benefited from Hunter’s business dealings in countries such as China and Ukraine.

James Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability committee, obtained bank records through a subpoena showing Hunter receiving payments from Beijing in 2019 while his father was a private citizen.

Records show that Joe Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home at ‘1209 Barley Mill Rd’ was the beneficiary’s address.

Hunter is said to have lived there for two years after divorcing his first wife Kathleen Buhle in 2017.

The first transfer on July 26, 2019, worth $100,000, came from Ms Wang Xin, who is listed on the website of Beijing equity firm BHR Partners.

The second was reportedly from Jonathan Li, Chinese national Hunter who was allegedly threatened via WhatsApp while Joe was in the room.

“I’m sitting here waiting for the phone call with my dad,” Hunter told Li in the messages revealed by an IRS whistleblower.

Comer, who has investigated the Biden family and their foreign deals, has subpoenaed financial records from a specific bank account linked to Hunter.

That revelation came just two weeks after Hunter was indicted on three counts of lying about his addiction to crack cocaine when buying a gun.

Hunter will appear in court after a Delaware grand jury returned three charges against him, including two counts of making false statements on his gun forms, and one of possessing a firearm while addicted to illegal drugs.

It’s a crushing blow to President Joe Biden, who has endorsed his son and is running for re-election in 2024.

Hunter allegedly lied about a firearms report (above) that was required for his gun transaction. A photo of the form shows him answering “no” when asked if he was an “unlawful user of or addicted to marijuana or any other depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug or other controlled substance.”

The move by Special Counsel Davis Weiss marks a significant escalation in his ongoing investigation into the president’s son for gun and tax crimes.

Republicans argue that Hunter is guilty of additional crimes and that Weiss’ indictment based on the gun charges alone is insufficient.

The maximum prison sentence would total 25 years if convicted on all counts, although federal sentences are generally less than the maximum. Hunter could also be hit with a fine of up to $250,000 and three years’ probation.

According to the indictment, Hunter lied about his drug use when he bought a gun in 2018.

The First Son purchased a .38 Colt Cobra pistol in Delaware, a state where every buyer must answer a series of questions before he can get his hands on a gun.

One of the 2018 applications asks whether the applicant uses drugs or is addicted to them. The box is clearly marked ‘no’.

Hunter has admitted he was addicted to crack cocaine at the time he bought the gun.

Video discovered on Hunter’s laptop shows him naked and brandishing a gun in a hotel room in 2018, reportedly five days after he purchased the weapon.

About two weeks later, Hallie Biden, the widow of his lover and brother, found it “open” in his truck and threw it in the grocery store trash. Its discovery led to a police investigation.

Additionally, current President Biden sounded close to tears in the voicemail left on Hunter’s abandoned laptop on October 15 — three days after Hunter bought the gun and lied about his drug addiction — pleading with him for help.

‘It’s Dad. I called to tell you I love you. I love you more than the whole world buddy,” Joe said in the Oct. 15 post. ‘You have to get help. I know you don’t know what to do, and neither do I.”

Earlier this summer, the president’s son reached a deal after the five-year investigation that would have allowed him to avoid a trial on gun charges if he had complied with parole conditions for 24 months.

Republicans in Washington complained that the president’s son made a “cute deal” to protect President Biden.

However, the plea deal fell apart in spectacular fashion in court in July, leaving Hunter facing new charges.

The collapse of Hunter Biden’s original plea deal also created more problems for his father, Joe Biden. The president now faces more headlines and questions about his drug-addicted son’s case as he approaches the 2024 campaign trail.

The White House and the president himself have maintained that he was never involved in Hunter’s business dealings.
