Reality star insists cancer-stricken wife ‘suffer’ through daily sex with him

An American reality star has shocked viewers after admitting he expects his cancer-stricken wife to “suffer” from having sex with him so that his needs can be met.

Maurice Scott, 43, who stars in Love & Marriage: Huntsville on the Oprah Winfrey Network, made the scandalous admission during an interview on Carlos King’s Reality with the king podcast last month.

Scott’s wife Kimmi is battling breast cancer and undergoing chemotherapy, but that doesn’t stop him from expecting his wife to fulfill her marital duties while in poor health.

“There’s a difference between wants and needs, and I’m someone who really needs sex,” he explained to King when he hit the subject.

“Life throws us against the grain, like what we’re going through right now, and what Kimmi is doing is admirable as a wife,” he continued.

“Roll over and suffer through it… pretend, all for me. Because at that moment it’s something she didn’t desire at all.’

He added, “I see it as if she’s standing next to me while I’m standing with her.”

Maurice pushed back the criticism he received from viewers, saying, “We should all feel like we’d be better people and say, ‘Oh no, I don’t want or need sex, no matter how long it takes you to recover are.” But then we live in reality, where that is not the case.’

On an earlier episode of Love & Marriage: Huntsville, the amorous lawyer told Kimmi that he wanted sex every day, if not twice a day.

“I think any day is excessive,” Kimmi replied.

“I feel like men just never get enough of it. Maurice, I feel like if we had sex every day you’d still want more sex,” she continued.

“Do you know why I feel this way? Because it’s happening now. We have sex at six, and you pull my panties down at ten, and then you get mad because I don’t want to do it at ten. It’s never enough!’

Fans of the show were outraged by Maurice’s comments, with many taking to social media to defend Kimmi.

So Kimmie is undergoing chemo, radiation and surgery, but still expects to have sex with Maurice, cook, clean and raise his son. REAL!’ one tweeted.

“Just watched a video of #LAMH’s Maurice saying he is still forcing his wife to have sex with him as she battles cancer. “She rolls over and suffers”. He’s a goddamn bastard,” another raged.

“I’ve never watched #LAMH before so I don’t know if he’s always like this but that man of Maurice saying he’s making his ailing wife suffer by giving him sex and knowing she’s not enjoying it is a little crazy* *t to say out loud.’

Kimmi was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in June 2022.

The broker, 34, told People magazine last month that she was “devastated” by the news.

From there, she began 20 weeks of “highly aggressive” chemotherapy, which lasted until December 2022. She then underwent breast-conserving surgery before beginning 36 rounds of radiation, which she completed on April 23, 2023.

Kimmi and Maurice have starred in Love & Marriage: Huntsville since 2019.
