Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti ‘to take over as Brazil manager next January or July’
Brazil ‘expect to appoint Carlo Ancelotti as their new boss this month’ as his departure from Real Madrid approaches…
The Brazilian Football Federation is reportedly confident that Carlo Ancelotti will become their next permanent boss, with the organization willing to wait until next year before the Italian leaves Real Madrid.
Ancelotti had been heavily linked with the Brazil national team in the closing months of the La Liga season.
The 64-year-old Italian admitted in April that he was excited about the opportunity, stating that he would “love to meet” Brazil’s FA president.
However, Ancelotti confirmed earlier this month that he will “remain 100 percent with Real Madrid” next season.
This is reported by the Brazilian newspaper Globo The Brazilian Football Federation believes they have an agreement with Ancelotti who would take over next year.

Ramon Menezes remains temporarily responsible for Brazil pending a permanent appointment
It is rumored that the coach who won the Champions League four times could become Brazil manager in January or at the end of his contract in July.
Globo journalist Luis Roberto claimed that Brazil’s FA chief Ednaldo Rodrigues could announce an agreement with Ancelotti later this month.
With a mid-season departure from Real Madrid unlikely, the acquisition of Ancelotti in July would mean Brazil would begin its 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign without a permanent manager.
The record five-time World Cup winners would have to play their first six qualifying matches with an interim coach, who represents a third of the campaign.
Brazil is also preparing for next summer’s Copa America, which is scheduled in the United States.
Rodrigues has previously admitted that Ancelotti is the preferred option among players and supporters, and spoke of his own personal admiration for the Italian.
Ancelotti has worked closely with Brazilian stars Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Brazil has been looking for a new head coach since Tite’s departure after the World Cup in Qatar last year.
Ramon Menezes has temporarily taken charge, with the interim boss overseeing a 4-1 victory over Guinea in a friendly on Saturday.
