Barcelona produced a stunning performance to claim the Spanish Super Cup with a 5-2 win over Real Madrid.
Carlo Ancelotti’s men took the lead inside five minutes through Kyian Mbappe, before Lamine Yamal’s stunning solo strike leveled the score after 17 minutes.
The Catalans then took full control and led 4-1 at halftime thanks to Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski and Alejandro Balde.
Raphinha made it five minutes into the second half, but Real were given a glimmer of hope when Wojciech Szczęsny was sent off for a foul on Mbappé, with Rodrygo scoring the ensuing free-kick.
