She has also claimed that her involvement with the Instagram account was intended to expose Jen Shah, who she has worked with in the past.
The former castmate is currently serving a nearly seven-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in July 2022.
However, Garcia has also claimed that others were involved in posting to the troll page, including her own hairdresser named Tenesha.
During the season four finale, according to People, the reality star had told the other women, “I didn’t say anything about anyone other than Jen and I’ll do that to the grave,” adding that they were just, “just telling the truth ‘ when it came to the account.
However, Monica’s co-stars, including Heather Gay and Meredith Marks, weren’t too happy that she kept such a big secret from the cast.
While you’re talking to We weekly earlier this month, Andy Cohen had opened up about Garcia’s future on the series, and that she was linked to the Instagram page.
Regarding whether anyone knew she was posting on Reality Von Tease before she was cast on Real Housewives, he said, “We knew she was working with Jen and we knew she had turned on Jen. The Reality Von Tease thing was a surprise.”
The talk show host said at the time that it was “too early to speculate” whether Monica will return for the fifth season – which begins filming next month in February.

Cohen added, “I think one of the great things about the reunions is that it’s an opportunity for people to tell their stories and appeal to their castmates when they’ve been left out.”
“I think it’s a conversation you need to have after the reunion airs and see where people stand: fans and castmates.”
And it opened further on Monday Entertainment tonight about what the third part of the reunion has to offer. “I think the question is, how will Monica, or will Monica, find her way back into this group?”
‘Part 3 is a deep dive into Reality Von Tease and the black eye. And so I think ultimately you’ll have an idea of where we’re going next season.”
Andy was referring to Heather’s black eye, which she claimed she got from Shah, although Jen has claimed from prison that he is innocent of the charge.
“There were a lot of people who were kind of innocent bystanders in this whole thing,” he said of the troll report and the black eye drama.
“(They) were kind of thrown under the microscope. So I’m also happy that we can just get over it.’
