While filing for spousal support, Lesley wants the court to “terminate David’s right to collect alimony” and for him to pay her “attorney fees in the case.”
As for the commons, In Touch noted that Lesley said “the extent, nature and location of several commons are unknown at this time.”
In response to Lesley’s petition, David disputed the date of their separation.
He claimed they broke up on September 17 and not September 8 as she had stated.
He also wants Lesley to have joint legal and physical custody of their daughter and that “he pay spousal support to Lesley, in accordance with the terms of their prenuptial agreement.”
Under their prenuptial agreement, he is willing to pay Lesley $10,000 a month.
He noted that their prenuptial agreement, which they both agreed to on October 9, 2020, “covers all assets and debts.”
David also asked the court to allow Lesley to pay her own legal costs.
On Thursday, in court documents obtained by In Touch, Lesley filed a motion to end their nearly four-year marriage due to “irreconcilable differences” on Sept. 17.
Lesley’s divorce petition was filed days after she was granted a temporary restraining order against David, accusing him of being verbally abusive and creating a “hostile environment for her and her children.”
Lesley has her two eldest children with a man named Eriks.
She claims that on September 9, David “stormed outside” when her ex came to pick up their children and shouted “obscenities” at him.
‘All the children were present and testified [David’s] behavior toward Eriks. It was very scary. I recorded the entire incident and will provide the videos to the court,” Lesley said.
She continued: ‘After this incident I received approximately 59 harassing text messages from [David] He kept telling me that I was ‘having sex with him’, ‘I should have sex with him too’ and accusing me of all kinds of things that were impossible. [David] really needs help. He goes into an obsessive manic state.’

David strongly denies allegations of abuse by his ex-wife.
“Lesley routinely tells me I’m insulting when I disagree with her or express my opinion. She has a habit of texting me constantly for hours, trying to provoke a reaction from me. I think Lesley is angry because I stopped the unlimited spending power on her credit cards over the weekend,” he alleged.
He accused Lesley of trying to blackmail him and insisted that “she is angry because” he “blocked her credit card with unlimited spending.”
“I don’t have to support her lifestyle,” he said. “Lesley will make up whatever story she needs to get what she wants, under the right circumstances.”
Ultimately, a judge granted Lesley a temporary restraining order against David, requiring him to “stay 100 yards from their home until the hearing next month.”
David was previously married to Shannon Beador, from 2000 to 2019.
The couple have daughters Sophie, 22, and twins Stella and Adeline, 19.
