Teresa Giudice struggled with anxiety over her husband’s legal issues on Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.
The 52-year-old reality star left her close friend Dolores Catania, 53, concerned for her well-being amid the stress she felt after her husband Luis ‘Louie’ Ruelas was sued by his ex.
“Teresa is a mess,” Dolores told her castmate Jennifer Fessler, 53.
“I know. She’s really stressed,” Jenn said.
“You think? She weighs about three pounds,” Dolores said.

Dolores then shared a conversation she recently had with Teresa on her way to her live podcast event.
“So on the way, Teresa called me and she said something like, ‘I’m scared, more than scared. And she said, ‘If I pass out, please call 911. I don’t feel good,'” Dolores said.
“Now there’s a lawsuit going on. That’s all I’m going to let her say. I don’t want the details and I don’t want the f***ing details because if it comes out, I don’t want to get blamed. I don’t want to mess up the lawsuit. Whatever happens in court…,” Dolores said.
“Me neither,” Jenn said.
Dolores explained in a confession: ‘There is a lawsuit against Louie right now and it cost Teresa her life.’
“I only see a shadow of who she used to be,” Dolores told Jenn.
In a confessional, Dolores added, “Teresa can handle everything on her own. But I think Louie gets upset and Teresa feeds off of that. And now she’s worried about Louie and what’s going on with Louie, it’s destroying her.”
Dolores suggested to Jenn that they make a “last ditch effort” to get everyone together and resolve their differences.

In a confessional, Dolores added, “Teresa can handle everything on her own. But I think Louie gets upset and Teresa feeds off of that. And now she’s worried about Louie and what’s going on with Louie, it’s killing her.”

Jenn agreed and texted Rachel Fuda, 33, that she would come to her slumber party, after previously declining the invitation.
Teresa spoke to her daughter Gia, 23, earlier in the episode while she was studying for law school exams about Louie’s lawsuit.
“My daughters are like me. They’re hardworking people. You know, they’re not lazy. They’re persevering,” Teresa said in a confessional.
Teresa added that she was grateful that Gia went to college and graduated and that Gia will be the main attorney in the family.
“If Gia wants to be a lawyer, she’ll be a lawyer. Whatever her heart desires,” Teresa said.
She asked Gia if her father Joe Giudice knew that she was in law school.
“He’s so happy. He’s already calling me a lawyer. I’m like, I’m not a lawyer,” Gia said.
Teresa pointed out that Joe had dropped out of high school and failed to get a GED, while she had only attended two years of college.
“And my vocabulary isn’t that great. It’s okay, look at my kids,” Teresa said.

Teresa told Gia that she and her sisters have been through a lot and it has made them stronger, she also emphasized that she herself has been through a hard time.
“I can still see you’re having a really hard time with Louie’s case,” Gia said.
“Gia, it’s really stressful,” Teresa said.
“His ex is so obsessed with him,” Gia said.
“He’s been interrogating her for three years,” Teresa said.
“Yeah, she’s crazy,” Gia said.
Teresa confessed that Louie’s ex recently filed for a restraining order because she claims he is harassing her.
“So she’s basically trying to ruin his reputation. You don’t do that. You don’t spread lies about someone and try to hurt them in any way. You don’t do that,” she told the camera.
Teresa told Gia that Louie’s trial was causing her so much stress that it was giving her headaches.

She also accused Margaret Josephs, 57, of being behind the lawsuit and said that was the reason she hated her so much.
Teresa said in a confession that she planned to have her attorney James Leonard explain the situation to her friends.
“James Leonard, he’s not representing Luis in this case. He’s my attorney. But he’s been following this case the whole time. He knows it inside and out,” Teresa said.
In the episode, Rachel was shown preparing for her slumber party.
“The last few times these ladies have been together, it hasn’t been great. But I hope the atmosphere will give everyone a good time,” she said.
The entertainment at the party, which Teresa did not attend, consisted of a lipstick reader and lots of talk about sex.
Dolores took advantage of the good mood everyone was in and suggested going on a trip with a group.
“We had a great time last year. We went to Ireland, we went on trips. There’s a lot of good stuff here, but we’re cracked. We’re a little bit broken now,” Dolores said.
She stressed that they should put their conflicts behind them and offered herself as an example.
“Once you start faking it a little bit, it starts to become natural. That’s how I started… that’s how I dealt with Frank when I got divorced,” Dolores said.

“We had a great time last year. We went to Ireland, we went on trips. There’s a lot of good stuff here, but we’re cracked. We’re a little bit broken now,” Dolores said.

“We’re working on it. We’re working on it,” Jenn Fessler said.
“Leave that to us,” said Dolores.
All the women at the slumber party agreed to go on the trip and afterwards they all did shots together.
