Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein accused of ‘assaulting’ estranged husband Lenny

Real Miami housewife Lisa Hochstein has been accused of pushing and verbally assaulting her estranged husband Lenny Hochstein during an altercation at their home.

The plastic surgeon, 56, claims the Bravo star went on a violent rant against him on May 10 after he entered the bedroom they used to share in their $10 million Star Island mansion.

Lisa, 40, reportedly ran out of her combined bathroom and closet after Lenny entered the bedroom to retrieve his mail where she usually leaves it, according to new documents filed by Lenny and seen by Page six.

After running out of the bathroom, Lisa was surprised [Lenny] by engaging in a verbal diatribe demanding to know why he entered the master bedroom,” the legal filing read.

Lenny stated that he backed off after Lisa started shoving him, but that the reality star “continued to chase and follow him as he yelled at him.”

He claims that Lisa could have closed the bedroom door after he left the room, but instead chose to escalate the situation by calling 911 and portraying him as the “aggressor.”

Miami Beach Police Department officers answered the call, but decided there was not enough cause to make an arrest for domestic violence.

In response to the new allegations, Lisa told Page Six, “It’s a long history that I had to call the police because of Lenny’s behavior.”

She claims that Lenny entered the bedroom without her permission while not fully dressed and refused to leave, berating her and taunting her in front of the children.

Lenny has filed an urgent application for temporary full custody of the former couple’s two children.

Earlier this month, the surgeon, who has been dubbed Miami’s “tit god,” claimed that Lisa was “financially bleeding him out” during their contentious divorce.

He said Lisa has ‘started a course of action aimed at bleeding out’ [Lenny] from a financial point of view” and charged “more than $10,000.” [Lenny’s account].’

Lenny also claims in the documents that Lisa spent “shockingly” $4,000 over the course of “a week and a half,” says her spending is “marriage waste,” and asks the court to punish her for her “money grabbing.”

In a separate filing, Lisa claims that Lenny has “turned off” her access to supermarkets Instacart, Uber and Uber Eats, which she says violates a previous order.

She also claims that Lenny made her feel “threatened” by making “unannounced visits” to their former marital home – claiming that he once showed up with his mother calling her a “thug” and “verbally berating her in front of their children.

She goes on to claim that Lenny told her she was ‘going to jail soon’ and that their kids would ‘soon get a better mother’ – Lenny is currently dating model Katharina Mazepa, 27.

Lisa is now fighting for exclusive use of their Miami home, despite a prenuptial agreement stating that she must move out.

The couple argue over their prenuptial agreement, with Lisa wanting the agreement nullified while Lenny wants it to be kept.

Lisa has been suing the court for months to grant temporary relief, telling the court she was unable to buy essentials like food and diapers when he deactivated her credit cards.

Lenny denied the claims, saying Lisa could have bought both with an Insta-Cart app he linked to his bank account, calling her financial demands “excessive.”

Lenny – who married Lisa in October 2009 and filed for divorce last May – began dating Austrian model Mazepa after parting ways.

Late last year, he alleged in court documents that Lisa was not controlling her spending and ran up a $9,000 bill for designer clothes in one week.

During the Real Housewives of Miami season five reunion that aired in March, Lisa admitted that her spending habits were a factor in her breakup with Lenny.
