Beauvais, who previously said the final season of RHOBH left her “crying every day,” will apparently have an easier workload on the new show since she’ll only play one recurring character.
The show, which is being produced by studio Onyx Collective, is based on the best-selling novel of the same name, written by Zakiya Dalila Harris.

In September, Term reported that master filmmaker Mariama Diallo had been hired to direct the first episode of the series.
Beauvais may have some extra time to film her scenes, as Andy Cohen revealed late last month that RHOBH would be taking a break before resuming filming, with a return planned for later in 2023.
Though he didn’t explain why the show was halted, fans speculated that the time off was to allow tensions to ease between some of the bickering cast members, notably Lisa Rinna and Kathy Hilton.
