The Justice Department called President Joe Biden an “older man” with “significant” memory problems in their damning report on his mishandling of classified documents.

The findings released by Special Counsel Robert Hur revealed a series of new photos of boxes of sensitive files scattered throughout the garage of his Delaware home and interviews in which he was said to have “diminished assets” in 2017.

There were folders about the troops in Afghanistan, which had been dumped next to a dog basket and dog crate.

While the report does not recommend filing charges against the 81-year-old, it offers a stream of damaging findings about files found in Biden’s garage and personal office, as well as the president’s fitness for office.

In interviews with researchers, Biden became confused about the dates he was vice president and could not even remember the year his son Beau died.

And it said his cavalier attitude toward classified documents, such as his habit of reading sensitive files to a ghostwriter, posed a significant risk to national security.
