Read the chilling threats allegedly made by sinister mate of Queensland cop killers – as he is accused of vowing revenge: ‘Armed to the teeth’

An American conspiracy theorist linked to the gruesome murders of two Queensland police officers and a neighbor in a religiously motivated terrorist attack claimed he was 'armed to the teeth' and threatened to kill law enforcement officers who came onto his property after the shooting in Australia .

Chilling details of the threats allegedly made by Donald Day Jr have been revealed in an unsealed US indictment following his dramatic arrest earlier this week in connection with last year's Wieambilla murders.

It follows a claim by authorities that he had been communicating with members of the murderous Train family for years before the shooting.

Police officers Rachel McCrow and Matthew Arnold, as well as neighbor Alan Dare, were all shot and killed by Stacey, Gareth and Nathaniel Train on December 12, 2022, on the Wains Rd property.

Two other officers, Keely Brough and Randall Kirk, were injured.

All three trains were killed later that evening in a shootout with police.

Police have said the Trains followed a Christian extremist belief system known as premillennialism, believing that Jesus Christ would return to earth after a period of severe tribulation.

Mr Day is said to have radicalized Stacey and Gareth during extensive communications via YouTube years before the Wieambilla shooting, calling the pair 'Daniel' and 'Jane'.

In a chilling video posted hours after the shooting on December 12, 2022, Gareth and Stacey admitted to shooting the officers and Mr Dare while communicating with a man known as 'Don'.

“Don” is the same Mr. Day who was arrested near Heber-Overgaard, Arizona on December 1 in connection with the Wieambilla shooting.

Mr. Day faces two interstate battery charges related to comments he made after the shooting.

In the unsealed indictment, obtained by NCA NewsWire, Mr. Day is alleged to have threatened to kill law enforcement authorities who enter his property.

'The devils come after us, they just die. It's that simple. We are free people. We don't belong to anyone,” he allegedly stated on a YouTube video.

His second charge relates to allegations that he threatened WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom by saying in another comment on a BitChute video in February this year: “It's time to kill these monsters, and all who serve them. 'Where are my kind? Where are you? Am I the only one? Damn hell!'

Day is said to have posted a comment on Gareth and Stacey's YouTube video shortly after it was uploaded on December 12, 2022.

“Truly, from my heart, I would love to be with you doing what I do best,” he reportedly said.

'I hate that I can't do it.

'What can I do? I'm telling you, family, those bastards are going to regret ever messing with us.”

In the days after the shooting, Day reportedly posted another video on YouTube complaining that he couldn't help “Daniel” and “Jane.”

“And here my brave brother and sister, a son and daughter of the Most High, have done exactly what they were supposed to do, and that is kill these damn king devils,” he allegedly said.

Day reportedly claimed to BitChute: “I'm an x-con armed to the teeth.”

He also claimed to possess firearms, including a rifle and a shotgun.

Earlier this week, QPS Assistant Commissioner Cheryl Scanlon revealed Gareth started following Mr Day on YouTube around May 2020.

The pair began commenting on each other's videos a year later.

“We have evidence that the Trains subsequently accessed an older YouTube account created by the same man in 2014 and viewed that content,” Commissioner Scanlon said.

“Between May 2021 and December 2022, the man repeatedly sent messages containing Christian End of Days ideology to Gareth, and later to Stacey,” she said.

Mr Day is currently being held by the FBI in Arizona, following a brief court appearance on Wednesday.
