The celebrant asked Sandilands during the ceremony, “Are you here today of your own free will to take Tegan to be your lawfully wedded wife?”

“Will you love and cherish her through good times and bad?” And do you promise to be faithful to her as long as you both live?’

“Yes,” Sandilands replied in audio played on Monday Kyle and Jackie O Show.

The newlyweds exchanged vows in front of 130 guests at the $60 million late Victorian Gothic Revival property in a ceremony that reportedly cost the KIIS FM presenter and Australian Idol judge a cool $1 million.

It’s the second time down the altar for Kyle, who married pop singer Tamara Jaber in 2008 before divorcing two years later. Tegan has never been married before.

Kyle had alluded to the price of his marriage The Kyle and Jackie O Show last Monday, he and co-host Jackie O Henderson challenged listeners to guess the cost of specific elements of the wedding in a game called “Higher or Lower.”

‘Do you know where I made the mistake? When I first met the wedding planner and wedding stylist… they said, “Okay, what budget are we on?” and I said, “There’s no budget,” Kyle said at the beginning of the segment.

One of the most expensive features was the floral arrangements, which cost a whopping $150,000.

Jackie O, who spent just $80,000 on her wedding to ex-husband Lee in the early 2000s, was stunned by the price tag and asked Kyle, “150,000 for something that dies a few days later?”

“Well, everybody can take home flowers and stuff,” Kyle shrugged.

Tegan’s wedding dress cost just under $50,000, while the bridal party and pageboy suits cost more than $15,000.

The entertainment, including renting multiple stages, audio equipment, and sound trucks, cost more than $100,000.

Kyle also hired several instrumentalists, saying, “There are saxophone guys, there are string quartets. It’s something big.’

He clarified that he had actually saved money on the artist fees as his pop star friends Guy Sebastian, Conrad Sewell and Samantha Jade had agreed to perform for free.

The wedding stylist’s fee was less than $250,000, while the food — which included an oyster bar and caviar — cost less than $75,000.

Kyle began dating his then-personal assistant Tegan after his breakup with his girlfriend Imogen Anthony, and the couple announced their engagement in January 2022.

Kyle revealed he spent less than $120,000 on security details, including 15 private security guards and members of the NSW and Federal Police.

The combined cost of the videographer and photographer was less than $80,000, while the wedding invitations cost less than $15,000.

Kyle also said his wedding cake, which he described as a “five-tiered monster,” cost more than $8,000.

A live organist also set the couple back $3,000.

The guest list included Karl Stefanovic and his wife Jasmine, as well as Kings Cross nightclub identity John Ibrahim and his model girlfriend Sarah Budge. When he was not performing, Guy Sebastian was a guest alongside his stylist wife Jules.

Newly minted NSW Labor Premier Chris Minns and his wife Anna were also invited.
