The Justice Department has filed nine new criminal charges against Hunter Biden.
Prosecutors allege President Joe Biden's son spent millions on an “extravagant lifestyle” while avoiding taxes for years.
Documents filed Thursday in California list nine charges related to taxes, including two charges of filing a false return, one charge of tax evasion, four charges of failure to pay and another two charges of failing to file a return .
The costs cover the tax years 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
