Read five pages of the new fantasy comic from Dimension 20 star Aabria Iyengar

β€œThe blur was the brainchild of a dozen conversations I’ve had with friends about why isekais are such compelling stories,” Aabria Iyengar – actual gaming veteran of Dimension 20, Critical Role, and Worlds Beyond Number – told Polygon in August. With this new project, the renowned performer and storyteller also enters a new world: comics.

Written by Iyengar and drawn by artist Mari Costa, Boom Studios’ new title follows aimless student Jeannie and her best friend Arno as they embark on an adventure in the Fade, a fantasy world that, according to a million viral social media posts, can only be reached featuring… well, you can see for yourself, because we’ve got five pages from the comic below (as well as the full cover and two variant covers), courtesy of Boom Studios.
