Rayanna Brock, Kentucky sorority aka the Queen of Chaos, goes viral in the TENTH mugshot as she brags, “This is one of my favorites – I stole a car, wrecked it, then brought it back to my dorm”

A Kentucky criminal who calls herself “the queen of mayhem” has gone viral after sharing her countless mugshots and boasting about her back catalog of crimes.

Rayanna Belle Brock, 23, has been arrested at least 11 times for crimes ranging from shoplifting in March 2018 to terror-related crimes in 2020 and stealing a firearm in January 2023.

Social media profiles bearing her name stated she was a current college student and a member of the Kentucky Chicks sorority — though Western Kentucky University said no student had been enrolled under her name in the past three years.

In an Instagram story reel titled “mugshawty,” after the popular account that posts mugshots from across America, Brock shares her 10-piece collection of custody photos from the past five years when she was 18 to 23 years old.

Brock’s latest post shows her grinning broadly with dyed blonde hair while wearing an orange prison jumpsuit after being arrested in July 2020 for third-degree terrorist threat and second-degree stalking.

Kentucky native Brock, who said both her parents are currently in prison, shared the photo on Instagram alongside the caption, “I’m hollering.”

A person is guilty of third-degree threat of terrorism when he either threatens to commit a crime “which is likely to result in the death or serious bodily injury of another person” or “substantial damage to property.”

It also covers “intentionally making false statements for the purpose of evacuating a building” or public transportation system, the Kentucky Criminal Defense Attorneys’ definition adds.

A convict is guilty of second-degree stalking when he intentionally stalks another person and makes an implicit or explicit threat, causing fear of sexual contact, bodily harm, or death.

Brock shared another radiant mugshot taken in Stanford, KY, after she was arrested just two months later for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle: “This is one of my favorites.

“I stole a car, wrecked it, then brought it back to my dorm.”

Other people have also shared her mughots, which are on the public “mugshawtys” account, which has more than 327,000 followers, describing her as “so cute but equally dangerous.”

Another person said, “I wish I could make my GTA (Grand Theft Auto) online character look like her.”

Brock’s first mugshot was taken on March 6, 2018 in Boyle County, KY, after she was arrested for willfully endangering a police officer – which is the crime of endangering someone for serious injury or death – to evade police, and for shoplifting items costing less than $500.

Her second mugshot came just hours later at 1am on March 7, 2018 in Boyle County, KY, seemingly for the same offenses as the day before

A pouting Brock was photographed by police on January 7, 2019, after she was arrested in Fayette, KY, for violating the terms of her probation for first offenses. The same mugshot was used in police files from Brock’s arrest on November 25, 2021 for failing to appear at a police station or courthouse as required under the terms of previous arrests

Brock was arrested on December 7, 2021 at the age of 21 in Hustonville, KY, for several felonies, including possession of marijuana and receiving stolen property

Eight days after her initial arrest in December 2021 – on the 15th – Brock’s photo was taken again by police with the “sit time” note listed under her allegations

Brock’s latest mug shot was captured last month without specific charges

Brock’s criminal activities have made local news before, with the Richmond Registry to report her 2021 arrest for alleged theft of a state agent’s hat and taser from his vehicle.

On December 7 of that year, Brock was charged with theft by unlawful ingestion, receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and third-degree possession of an unspecified drug.

Troopers went to Brock’s lodging to question her about the stolen items, and she retrieved the $157 hat and the $874 KSP-issued taser, along with $10.30 in change from her bedroom.

They also saw a bag of marijuana, Xanax tablets, and a weed pipe in a plain place in her room, along with a basket of Family Dollar clothes, still secured with security tags.

Brock reportedly tried to blame someone else for stealing the trooper’s items and giving them to her.
