Ray White’s web of trouble: Sydney agent accused of assaulting his model girlfriend worked with a colleague who attacked a woman on a ski trip… and was trained by a high-profile seller sacked for a vile sex question
A real estate agent accused of assaulting his girlfriend worked with another man found guilty of hitting a woman with a stick during a ski trip.
Augusto Gerocarni was also coached by an auctioneer who was fired from a rival Sydney agency for asking a young male employee “how many c**ks” he had in his mouth.
Gerocarni, 29, who is listed as an agent for Ray White in Woollahra, was arrested at his home in Bondi Junction last month.
He was taken to Waverley Police Station where he was charged with common assault, destroying or damaging property, attempting to stalk/intimidate with intent through fear of harm and four counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. There is no suggestion that Gerocarni is guilty of these charges.
Police allege the high-flying businessman attacked his former partner Lindsey Bennett, 32, between November 2021 and July 2022.
An application was also made for an apprehended violence order on behalf of Ms Bennett.
Gerocarni had worked with fellow real estate agent Phoenix Tysonn, 29, who pleaded guilty to two offenses of domestic violence – assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault – and was sentenced to nine months in prison in September.

Mr Bo said Gerocarni (pictured together) was a “fast-rising superstar”.
Tysonn appealed the decision on September 14 and was granted unconditional bail. He must appear in court again on November 6.
Queanbeyan Local Court heard Tysonn hit a woman in the face with a stick during a trip to Thredbo in January this year.
He then spat in the face of another person who tried to intervene, according to documents filed with the court, the Canberra Star reported.
Tysonn and Gerocarni sold properties together, with customer testimonials about the pair shared on Ray White Woollahra and Paddington’s Instagram account.
It is understood that Tysonn had worked within Gerocarni’s team at Ray White.
Both Gerocarni and Tysonn have also received coaching sessions from controversial former McGrath agent Adrian Bo.
Mr Bo was fired from his role as interim head of sales at McGrath in 2019 after allegedly asking a younger employee “how many c**ks have you had in your mouth?”
The agent’s contract was terminated, but he denied making these comments.
Mr Bo shared photos of himself with the Gerocarni team at the Ray White office in Woollahra, along with a separate photo of himself in which Gerocarni says he is a “fast-rising superstar”.
Gerocarni, meanwhile, appeared at Waverley Local Court last Friday where he was granted conditional bail.
While on bail, Gerocarni must be of good behavior and must not contact Ms Bennett or any witnesses.
Ms Bennett, who works as a model and nurse, was in a relationship with Gerocarni for three and a half years before it ended in June this year.
She lived with him in his unit in Bondi Junction and in another apartment in the same suburb.
At some point in their relationship, Ms. Bennett moved in with a friend, but later returned to Gerocarni’s home.
Gerocarni has worked for an independent contractor of Ray White since 2016.
He will appear in court again on October 26.
His lawyer Anthony Sissian previously told Daily Mail Australia that his client denies the charge and plans to plead not guilty.
