Ray White’s Aimee Marsh is caught slamming renters AGAIN in new tirade – after lashing out and insisting she’s ‘not sorry’ for disparaging comments that got her sacked

A realtor who was fired for mocking tenants previously criticized aspiring homeowners for not being willing to “sacrifice” to get up the real estate ladder, newly unearthed commentary shows.

Aimee Therese Marsh, 30, was fired from Ray White Aspley, near Griffin Brisbanenorth, Tuesday after she mocked tenants in a classroom Facebook group while using her professional profile.

In the now-deleted comments, obtained exclusively by Daily Mail Australia, she said tenants earning $50,000 a year are “jealous” of her, and suggested her tax bills cover their Centrelink payments.

She doubled down on the comments Thursday, saying she has “no regrets” about the comments that cost the officer her job and made her the subject of online anger.

It has emerged that Ms Marsh has also made other critical comments about people struggling to raise the money to buy a home, suggesting they lack the drive and ambition to buy a home to possess.

“People like people who sugar coat nonsense,” Ms Marsh wrote.

“I like to tell someone to get a job if they want to buy a house. How do you expect to do it differently?

“People who are in your situation just need to talk to a real estate agent to get yourself out of that situation.

‘There are so many different options and arrangements for people these days.

“And there are different ways to make life easier, but people just don’t want that. They want the premium lifestyle, or things their way.

“In a tough world, people have to learn to make sacrifices to get back on top. Not many people are willing to do that.’

It comes after Ms Marsh hit back at her critics, stating she had ‘no regrets for telling the truth’.

“I’m not sorry for what I said, I’m sorry it offended people,” she said 7News.

On Tuesday, Ray White posted a statement on Facebook saying Ms Marsh’s employment was ‘immediately terminated’ after her comments came to light on social media.

“We respect and value everyone in our community, and we have a large community of people who rent,” a spokesman said.

“Aimee Marsh’s views do not align with our company’s values.”

Ms Marsh said the comments that landed her in hot water were made in an attempt to defend herself following attacks on her integrity as an agent after she posted to congratulate a seller.

“I’m not sorry for what I said, I’m sorry it offended people,” the former broker said

“It was literally a post to congratulate sellers on getting $85,000 more on their auction results,” she said.

Ms Marsh said she went into ‘defense mode’ when she made the comments.

The former broker claimed she was “flooded with job openings” following the publicity surrounding her very public firing.

But insisted she wouldn’t turn to adult site OnlyFans because there are “too many creeps.”

On Thursday, she was seen poking her head from her unit in Griffin, guarded by a heavily tattooed male neighbor.

The self-proclaimed top agent also seemed to be in a state of paranoia. She told Daily Mail Australia that she kept her white bull terrier away from the cameras for fear it could be poisoned.

Since her public dismissal, Ms Marsh's phone has exploded with hundreds of hate-filled messages, with some people blaming her for 'why they can't get on the housing market'

In addition to job postings, Ms Marsh has been inundated with hate mail, including death threats, with some people blaming her for ‘why they can’t get on the housing market’.

“Now everyone sees you for who you really are,” read one post.

“If you don’t fail, you will be violently knocked down. You disgusting ****.’

Another said, “PUT YOUR SILLY LITTLE PROPERTY CLOWN IN.”

Her out-of-the-ordinary comments were originally made through her professional social media page, meaning it was clear she was the author.

“They are a disgrace and irrelevant,” she wrote.

“Half of them don’t even own a house in Griffin. They’re tenants,” she added with a laughing emoji.

When another user suggested that renters were “nobody,” Ms. Marsh said “probably making $50,000 a year and jealous of me.”

“I pay twice their wages in taxes, or I probably pay their Centrelink wages,” she said.

She then made another comment from her personal Facebook page, “Jealousy is a curse and money controls people and emotions lol.”

“I can’t wait to sell the houses they rent out, hehe.”

Despite offending tenants, the records show that Ms. Marsh is a relatively new homeowner herself, having bought her first home in March after being about $400,000 for her Griffin unit.

Ms. Marsh was named Agent of the Month by her former employer in January for generating $3.7 million in sales.

According to her LinkedIn bio, she has “an exceptional understanding of a customer’s needs and wants” and “is very aware of the importance of customer satisfaction.”

She also described herself as “#1 cop in Griffin” on her personal Facebook page, which has now been deactivated, saying she was “career driven” in the Instagram bio.

Ms. Marsh’s professional profiles have since been removed from the company website and her professional Facebook page has been deleted.
