A New York Knicks fan appeared to be kicked out of Wells Fargo Center midway through their team’s Game 6 against the Philadelphia 76ers.
With playoff tensions in full swing, the Knicks traveled back to Philadelphia in search of a series victory after failing to close out the contest in Game 5 at Madison Square Garden.
And despite the eventual 118-115 victory, for some New York fans the pressure of the occasion proved too much as some supporters got cranky at the Wells Fargo Center on Thursday night, with one not even making it past halftime.

About seven members of security staff were seen trying to wrestle him away from the stands as he fought back, pushing one against the wall.

They eventually managed to escort him away and eventually kicked him out of the arena before the second half of the match, according to the user who posted the clip.
The incident came despite the Sixers’ efforts to limit the number of traveling Knicks fans attending the game.
Knicks fans flooded Philly’s Wells Fargo Center on Sunday for Game 4 of their NBA playoff series, with Sixers star Joel Embiid admitting he was “p****d off” about the situation after their loss 97-92.
Thousands of visiting fans made their presence known that day, nearly outnumbering the home crowd before New York extended their series lead to 3–1.
However, after the Sixers pulled one back to make it 3-2 on Tuesday, former 76ers partner Michael Rubin and current ownership resorted to tactics to keep the Knicks fans at bay.

They bought more than 2,000 tickets for Thursday night’s Game 6 in Philadelphia to ensure the same thing wouldn’t happen again.
Rubin, the CEO of Fanatics who previously owned a stake in the team, wrote on let us take over the arena again!!!
“Give them to first responders, healthcare professionals and other local organizations in Philadelphia as soon as we know they are real Sixers fans and not imposters!!
“Let’s go Sixers, we can do this!!”
