Never-before-seen footage of Craig David and Usher’s collaboration has surfaced online, leaving fans begging for more.
The clip, which is just over a minute long, was posted to the 7 Days singer’s official TikTok page last month, sending R&B fanatics into a frenzy.
Craig, now 43, wrote in the caption: ‘Some unseen images to cheer you up on Thursday. Wow, this takes me back. What an atmosphere freestyling with my man @Usher Raymond. Reliving this moment.’
In the rare footage, the pair were in a recording studio in their younger years, freestyling and laughing together.
They start by singing the lyrics to Usher’s hit You Make Me Wanna, before improvising and stealing iconic lines from their own singles.

Craig raps the words of 7 Days: “On my way to my friends who lived a few blocks from me / Walking through the subway, it must have been about a quarter past three / Before me stood a beautiful honey with a beautiful body.
“She asked what time it was / I said it would take her name, a six-digit number and a date with me tomorrow at nine.”
Usher, now 45, then interjects, “First of all, I know these so-called players wouldn’t tell you this.”
The back and forth continues with Craig rapping, “Craig David rappin’ here for Paris from the British scene / Craig David bouncing from front to back / Do you like it so much and so much.”
At the end of the short clip, the pair grin at each other and confirm their collaboration with a high five and a handshake.
Ever since Craig shared the old clip online, fans have wondered why the artists never released an official collaboration.
Viewers wrote in the TikTok comments: “How is it possible this was never released?”
‘Why wasn’t this an official thing!? I would have gone crazy with a Craig David/Usher collab back then! Can we still get it?’
