Rangers’ Scottish Premiership match against Dundee at Dens Park has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The announcement came less than two hours before kick-off, with referee Don Robertson deeming the pitch unplayable.
It is the fourth time this season that a Dundee match has been postponed due to a waterlogged field.
Doubts had been raised over whether the match would go ahead after heavy rainfall in north-east Scotland overnight, with officials carrying out several pitch inspections ahead of the match.
Rangers announced the news on X (formerly Twitter), writing: ‘GAME OFF: Today’s match against Dundee has been postponed.
“The club will provide further comment in due course.”
