Range Rover-driving couple in mask and keffiyeh is arrested at gunpoint before cops make startling discovery in their backseat as pro-Palestine mob runs wild through LA’s Jewish suburb

Shocking video captured the moment Los Angeles police arrested a pro-Palestinian couple and made an alarming discovery in their car after chaos broke out on the street outside a synagogue.

Protests broke out around 11 a.m. PT on Sunday in the predominantly Jewish Pico-Robertson neighborhood in front of the Adas Torah Synagogue, the reported Los Angeles Times.

As activists clashed at the gas station across the street from the synagogue on the 9000 block of West Pico Boulevard, police arrested protesters driving a Ranger Rover.

Officers then approached the car with their shields and guns raised when they made a shocking discovery in the backseat.

They opened the car door and saw a Keffiyeh-clad toddler sitting in a car seat.

Anti-Israel protesters gathered at the synagogue to prevent people from entering the temple, they reported KTL.

Tensions spilled onto the street, where opponents were heard repeatedly shouting “f**k you” at the driver as they tried to leave the gas station.

One woman stood out of the Range Rover’s sunroof and waved a flag that said “Free Palestine.”

Other protesters carrying American and Israeli flags tried to prevent the car from re-entering the parking lot, while the keffiyeh-throwing woman rebuffed onlookers with both middle fingers.

A swarm of police officers dressed in riot gear immediately arrived on the scene and shouted at the woman to get out of the car.

‘Put your hands up. Now get out of the car. Ma’am, get out of the car, officers said.

Guns pointed at the vehicle, the woman exited the Range Rover with her hands raised.

The woman was immediately arrested, along with another mask-wearing protester in a yellow shirt.

They opened the car door and saw a Keffiyeh-clad toddler sitting in a car seat.

“There’s a child in there,” said someone watching.

The police untie the young child from the chair and remove him from the chaos.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators had gathered in front of the synagogue and were soon confronted by counter-protesters.

Video shared on social media showed violence breaking out among the groups with punches.

A pro-Israel woman was thrown to the ground and put in a chokehold, leaving her covered in blood.

A police spokesperson told the LA Times that at least one person has been arrested and is facing charges for allegedly carrying a prohibited item during a protest.
