Randy Moss’ business partner has provided a rare update on the NFL legend’s condition as he continues to battle bile duct cancer.
Moss made the shocking announcement about his health a month ago, appearing on an Instagram Live video with his sons to tell fans that he had undergone a six-hour surgery and could not walk without a cane.
In addition to his TV work at ESPN, Moss is also co-owner of Crisspi’s Chicken, and his business partner has spoken about how the 47-year-old is doing.
“He was cheerful when I talked to him,” Brittany Tolliferreo said TMZ. ‘I haven’t noticed any change in him, his personality is quite consistent.
“He is a smart and strong businessman and he wants everything to be successful and continue to grow.”
That desire is so great. Tolliferreo even revealed that he was hinting at visiting the chain’s new Miami location on opening day next week.

The venue opens on January 18th and the co-owner said of Moss’ possible arrival to cut the rope: ‘You never know with Randy, he’s full of surprises… but he’s given us his full support with this location in Miami. ‘
Regarding his battle with cancer in December, Moss said, “I’ve been telling you guys for the last few weeks that I’m fighting something internally, and your boy is a cancer survivor.”
He then revealed, “I had cancer, they found it in the bile duct, right between the pancreas and the liver, and the cancer was just outside the bile duct.

In November, fans became concerned about Moss when they saw his eyes turn yellow on TV
“So my doctors went in, I was in surgery for six hours, and for a lot of you wondering, you can Google it. I had a Whipple procedure. The best doctor in the United States, Dr [John] Martinie, I am eternally grateful to you.’
Moss later told fans he’s “finding his way back” and revealed, “It’s going to be a tough road with some chemo and some radiation.”
The Minnesota Vikings legend has not been seen in public over the past month, but his ESPN colleagues and players around the league have regularly paid tribute to him.
