Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay showed off his incredible trivia knowledge about every opponent on the team’s schedule this upcoming season.

After the NFL schedule was released, the Rams shared a video on their social media to highlight each game on the calendar.

The Rams posted the “2024 Schedule Trivia” video that featured McVay answering questions about each enemy as team names and dates flashed on the screen. The coach responded impressively to each question and provided some of his answers in meticulous detail.

The questions ranged from specific plays, player milestones, the Rams’ history with certain teams, halftime performances and touchdown celebrations.

“I actually have no life,” McVay joked when complimented on his memory.

McVay’s memory has long impressed fans and media members and has been showcased on several occasions.

In 2018, Adam Lefkoe questioned the Rams coach about plays he had called throughout his career. Lefkoe mentioned the weeks, the opponents, the time left in the game and the circumstances they were in, leaving McVay to fill in the blanks with how the game unfolded.

“He’s good, he’s very good,” Lefkoe said. “Look at Sean’s brain.”

The Rams bring back McVay for his eighth season as the team’s head coach. He arrived in Los Angeles in 2017 after serving in various positions with the Washington Redskins, including offensive assistant, tight ends coach and offensive coordinator.

McVay’s crowning achievement thus far in his time with the Rams was winning the 2022 Super Bowl LVI against the Cincinnati Bengals.

He led the team to a 10-7 finish last season before losing to the Detroit Lions in the wild-card round.
