“Suddenly people don’t bother me, like, ‘Are you Ramona? I know you’re on a date, but can I have a picture?” she said. ‘I don’t like all the attention. Guess what? The guys I date don’t like all the attention.

“Not even my friends. They’ll say, “Oh my god, Ramona, I used to go out with you and 20 people came up to you. And now it’s just one.” So I don’t like all the attention.’

Bravo’s Andy Cohen, 54, opened up the spin-off show’s concept while speaking to People at BravoCon at Javits Center in New York City earlier this month.

“I think our plan is really brilliant because we’re not just giving people a brand new reboot of The Real Housewives of New York,” he said, “where we’re going to tell new stories beyond this little postage stamp area in the Upper East Side of this country.” women we’ve been following for years.

“But we can still be with the women we love, whatever the legacy show is called. And so I think this is the best of all possible worlds for RHONY fans.”

Speak with Page six at the convention Friday, Cohen said the cast of RHONY: Legacy isn’t cemented yet, other than Bethenny Frankel “don’t want to be a part of it.”

He said, “The truth is, we haven’t talked to any of our classic RHONY women about Legacy yet. We were really waiting to get the RHONY reboot right, and we really wanted to tell new stories, and we wanted to capture the energy in New York City, and I’m really happy with where we’re at.”
