Karate Kid star Ralph Macchio said he was never told about two major projects related to the franchise, 1994’s The Karate Kid Part III and the 2010 remake The Karate Kid.

Born in New York, 60-year-old Huntington talked about his experiences in his new memoir Waxing on: The Karate Kid and Mewhich was released Tuesday.
