Raiders ‘agree a two-year deal with Gardner Minshew’ with the former Colts quarterback set to compete with Aidan O’Connell for the starting job in Las Vegas

The Las Vegas Raiders have signed Gardner Minshew to a two-year contract, and he is expected to compete against Aidan O’Connell to become the team’s starting quarterback.

Minshew signed a two-year contract with the Raiders, who also have Jimmy Garoppolo on their roster.

This will be Minshew’s fourth NFL team as he still appears to have a long career as a starter for one team.

Minshew spent last season with the Colts, first as a backup to Anthony Richardson, then taking over for the rookie after he suffered a season-ending injury.
