We’ve got some serious tennis for you, and no mistake. We still have to get started with the afternoon team, we have Emma Raducanu against Shelby Rogers and Dan Evans against Lorenzo Sonego – not bad – and bonus Katie Boulter, who is on the verge of her passage to the second round.
Meanwhile, on Laver and Court, two matches are about to start – Elena Rybakina against Karolina Pliskova and Alexander Zverev against Dominik Koepfer – while Petra Martic takes on Ajla Tomljanovic on Cain. And when they are done, we will enjoy Richard Gasquet against Carlos Alcaraz together with Rebecca Marino against Jessica Pegula or, to put it another way, if that’s not fair, I don’t know what is.
