Radio personality Abby Coleman has shared intimate details from her wedding to longtime lover Scott Burdon.
The 42 year old B105 Brisbane FM star has revealed that the couple, who share three children, once had to seek help due to ‘mental stress’.
But then the pair had a surprising breakthrough – and it was closely tied to Scott’s profession as a builder.
“Scott is not cut out for administration,” the Brisbane-based radio star explained in a new interview with The courier post on Friday.
She continued: ‘He would like to live in the country or in a caravan and I’m juggling the obligations of our three children. ‘

‘We had some advice about this once and I remember the psychologist saying, ‘He’s a builder, he’ll never know what you want to help him with unless you present it as a building plan.’
Abby described the counselor’s advice as a “game changer.”
The couple, who have been married since 2010, share three sons: Finlay, 12, Jagger, nine, and five-year-old Koa.

Elsewhere in the chat, Abby revealed that she still gets “butterflies” when she sees her husband.
She added that the secret to a happy marriage is “working as a team.”
In 2018, Abby made headlines when she had to leave her radio show in a hurry after giving birth to her third child, Koa.
She later said in a post on her socials that it was a struggle for her and her husband Scott to conceive their third child.
“All the tears of the past three years trying for these bubs have been replaced with tears of pure happiness,” she wrote.

“So in love with our third baby boy named Koa Callahan,” she wrote.
‘(Koa) is the Hawaiian word for ‘brave’. I am destined to be surrounded by beautiful boys all my life – one happy mother.’
