Reveler desperately tries to hunt down a handsome stranger she kissed at a festival – before he was ‘carried off’ by friends
- Woman uses the internet to find her festival affair
- The pair kissed and then parted ways, but she tracked him down
A woman embarked on a desperate search for a mysterious man she shared a kiss with at a music festival, leading to a massive “online search party.”
Natalie Jones asked listeners of the radio show she hosts to identify a man she had an intimate moment with while waiting in line for drinks at a festival before parting ways.
The search caught the attention of thousands of people and eventually the man named Cole was tracked down and reunited with his festival lover.
Natalie is one of the hosts of the Q102 weekday afternoon show in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended a music festival an hour and 20 minutes south in Lexington, Kentucky where she met Cole.
She and Cole chatted as they waited to buy a drink before a friend of Natalie’s snapped at the pair when they suddenly tightened their lips.

After they divorced and the festival ended, Natalie wanted to know who her mysterious sweetheart was, so she posted the image on Facebook, prompting a flurry of comments from users who immediately jumped on the case to find him.
Internet sleuths managed to track down Cole who later appeared on Natalie’s radio show with her co-hosts Roy and Freddy Mac.
Cole said he thought Natalie was just using it to cut into the bar.
“I got that vibe when she first moved in and I was like, whatever, I can be that guy,” Cole admitted.
“We introduced ourselves, she told me what she did and then I told her what I did, a little chat about other things, she told me she bought my drinks and I was like ‘ah, I don’t know.’ ‘
Natalie confessed that she thought Cole might have been at a bachelorette party thanks to his new flamingo onesie and kissed her in a “challenging situation” but remained intrigued by her festival fling
He said Natalie “insisted” on buying his drinks and they “left the bar and one thing led to another.”
Natalie’s co-hosts asked why Cole didn’t stop to get Natalie’s number, but he said “it all happened so fast” and he was whisked away by his friends.
He said the kiss was “definitely a moment” and admitted to looking up Natalie online by seeing if she left a Google review for the festival.
Natalie confessed that she thought Cole might have been at a bachelorette party thanks to his new flamingo onesie and kissed her in a “bold situation,” but remained intrigued by her festival fling.
Cole assured Natalie that he was “absolutely not” in a relationship and the pair agreed to keep talking despite living in cities five hours apart.
“I’ve never tried (a long-distance relationship) although we look really good together,” Cole said.
