Radio host Carrie Bickmore reprimands producer for ‘disgusting’ on-air remark as she discusses her graying hair
Carrie Bickmore called out a producer for his inappropriate remark during a segment about her graying hair.
Although the producer’s comment was not aired, it was clear from Carrie’s response that he asked about her body hair, not her head.
The 42-year-old was speaking about aging when she said she had gray hair for a long time, but recently noticed gray hairs on her eyebrows.
“You said you had a skunk side… your words are not mine,” said co-host Tommy Little.
Carrie explained that she had gray hair for many years and her hairdresser told her it could be due to significant stress in her life.
The Australian personality then admitted that she had considered letting her gray hair grow out.

“Wouldn’t you look like Storm from X-Men or Mrs. Sheffield?” » asked Tommy.
“I’m not sure they want Ms. Sheffield to host The Project. I think that was more of the problem at the time,” Carrie said.
“I felt like it was just premature aging from stress, hair on my head, when it (gray eyebrow hair) is actually, ‘Oh, no, you’re the age when you turn gray. “‘
He could then be heard scolding a producer who had made a comment off-air.
“No Eli, it’s disgusting,” she said, adding, “Plus, (I’m) laser.”

Carrie previously revealed she was “all gray” during an episode of The Project.
The TV veteran made the admission following a discussion about Canadian TV presenter Lisa LaFlamme, who was allegedly fired because she was “going gray”.
“I’m completely gray here,” Carrie told co-hosts Waleed Aly and Peter Helliar while showing off her hair.
Waleed then asked the star why she didn’t just “accept it”, before Carrie admitted that she “really likes to dye” her signature blonde tresses.
“I am very gray. I went gray at a very young age,” she added.
He could then be heard scolding a producer who had made a comment off-air. “No Eli, it’s disgusting,” she said, adding: “And also laser.”
