Rachel Zegler epitomized Manhattan chic on Thursday night when she attended a screening of the movie When You’re Done Saving the World in New York City.

The 21-year-old West Side Story star, who recently shook off his Yankees fandom on the streets of New York, turned up at the screening in a long gray coat and blue jeans.

Zegler came out to support Jesse Eisenberg’s directorial debut while looking cool and confident on the red carpet.

The up-and-coming actress added a pop of color to her lips and wore understated jewelry.

In addition to attending Eisenberg, Rachel attended the screening to cheer on her close friend Alisha Boe, 25, who plays a supporting role in the coming-of-age film.

When You’re Done Saving the World revolves around a mother (Julianne Moore, 62) and son (Finn Wolfhard, 20) who can’t seem to connect, but both characters try to find that connection in other people.

Rachel celebrated the occasion by tweeting a couple of photos of herself gleefully smashing the clapboard on the set of a huge, opulent rotunda.

The former YouTuber, who became a breakout star in Steven Spielberg’s adaptation of West Side Story in 2021, wrote: “I’ve loved every second of it.” And that’s a wrap.’

The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is scheduled to be released in theaters on November 17, 2023.

Describing the new Snow White during an onstage appearance at the D23 exhibition last year, Zegler said: “She won’t be saved by a kiss and she doesn’t dream of a Prince, because there isn’t one.”

The actress continued: “She dreams of becoming the leader her late father told her she could be, if she is fearless, honest and true.”

Principal photography on Snow White wrapped last year, but the long-awaited movie won’t be released until 2024.
