“I’m going to focus on myself, my healing and a new relationship,” she added, nearly two years after her affair with Tom Sandoval — who was still in a long-term relationship with Ariana Madix — shook the reality TV world. .
“He’s very healthy and he’s very normal,” she explained, without identifying her new husband.
“Every time I describe him to my friends, I tell them he’s normal, show them a picture of him and they say, ‘Wow, he really looks normal,'” she continued.
‘It’s such an achievement. Given my dating history, normal wasn’t necessarily something I was looking for in someone else. He’s just such a supportive person and I just feel really lucky.”
She expressed her desire to keep her new relationship private, saying, “I also have a newfound value of keeping things sacred to me and not sharing my entire life publicly as I have done for the past decade.”
However, she felt it was appropriate to share this news with her listeners since her podcast focused on healthy relationships and friendships.
The star launched Rachel Goes Rogue in January, shortly after leaving season 11 of Vanderpump Rules — and not long after her months-long affair with co-star Tom, 41, blew up the reality TV world.
The scandal rocked the cast of Vanderpump when Ariana, 38, discovered the betrayal in March 2023 after coming across an explicit video of Rachel on Tom’s phone.
The discovery prompted Ariana to end her nine-year relationship with Tom, leaving the friend group in turmoil.

Tom says his former lover Rachel acted ‘in bad faith’ in legal documents responding to Leviss’ revenge porn lawsuit against him and Ariana
In a dramatic twist, Rachel filed a lawsuit in February, accusing Tom of violating California’s revenge porn law by recording explicit videos without her consent and keeping them on his phone.
One was a FaceTime call, reportedly the same video Ariana discovered the night she learned of Tom’s infidelity.
Tom fired back, calling the lawsuit a “thinly veiled attempt to increase her fame and rebrand herself as the victim instead of the other woman.” He also fought back against claims in the lawsuit that labeled his behavior “predatory.”
Rachel was previously engaged to Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy, 32.
