Queensland Police have issued an urgent amber alert for a four-week-old baby boy who may be at significant risk.
The boy, from Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, was last seen on Sunday.
A 37-year-old woman familiar with the baby was last spoken to Thursday afternoon.
It is believed she is traveling around the Brisbane City area on foot.
She is described as Pacific Islander, approximately 168cm tall, of a proportionate build and with brown hair and brown eyes.
