Queen’s former right-hand woman Angela Kelly heads out of Windsor home
Moving day? Angela Kelly, the Queen’s former right-hand man, leaves Windsor’s house after revealing she was ‘cut off’ by the King – and thrown out of her idyllic cottage
The late Queen’s former right-hand man was spotted leaving her Windsor home this morning, hours after she was found to have been ‘cut off’ by the King.
Angela Kelly, the late Queen’s dresser and confidante for more than 20 years, has been forced to leave her Berkshire home, she has confirmed.
Not only does she have to leave the modest semi-detached cottage on Windsor Estate, she also revealed that her mobile phone has been cut off for work.
It’s unclear exactly when Ms Kelly plans to move out of her grace-and-favor home, but she was spotted today driving through the grounds of Windsor Castle.
Ms. Kelly looked serious as she drove, sunglasses on her face – and a scarf wrapped around her neck to prepare for the unpredictable weather.

In response to a friend, she posted: ‘I’m moving to the Peak District just beyond Sheffield so not too far from family. My work phone is disconnected, but hopefully you got this one… Looking forward to my new adventures [with smiling emoji]’.
Her Instagram stories this morning suggest she was defiant to the end. She posted, “I’m too old to worry about who likes me and who doesn’t!” I have more important things to do!
