Queen Máxima of the Netherlands stunned in a multi-coloured midi dress tonight as she attended a concert with her mother-in-law Princess Beatrix in honor of one of the country’s most esteemed conductors.
Máxima and the former Dutch queen, who was succeeded by her eldest son King Willem-Alexander on April 30, 2013, visited the TivoliVredenburg pop venue in Utrecht for the anniversary concert of conductor Ton Koopman, founder and director of the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra & Choir.
Argentina-born Máxima brought her unique star quality to the event, wearing a £535 ($695) multicolored dress from Indian-born, London-based brand Saloni.
She took off her black coat to reveal the silk creation with a high neckline, polka dot pattern and ruffles.
The striking dress, which was pictured four times between October 17, 2018 and October 21, 2024, is undoubtedly one of the favorite numbers of the Dutch royal family.

The typically radiant mother-of-three teamed her dress with black pointed-toe stilettos and carried a small, black clutch bag.
Máxima wore her long, blonde hair classically with a blow-dryer and accentuated her complexion with a golden bronzer and a touch of berry lipstick. She opted for smoky eye makeup and lined her eyes with black kohl.
The Dutch queen accessorized her look with gold earrings and added two silver and gold bracelets.
Meanwhile, Máxima’s mother-in-law, Princess Beatrix, looked just as vibrant in a royal blue tunic top made with glittery thread, which she wore over black trousers.
Beatrix, 86, who reigned for 33 years between 1980 and 2013, accessorized her ensemble with two gold chains, silver bracelets and a pair of turquoise earrings.
The earrings perfectly complemented the former queen’s tunic top, while her subtle blue eye makeup completed the look.
The two Dutch monarchs beamed as they posed for a photo together and Máxima seemed particularly animated as she greeted conductor Ton Koopman, who they were in Utrecht to celebrate.
October was a busy month for Máxima and last Tuesday she proved she has a lot of skills when she had a beer in a bar during a visit to a village in the Dutch province of South Holland.

The glamorous royal’s combination of tense expressions and wry smiles suggested that serving drinks to customers was far from easy.
Máxima was visiting Klaaswaal, part of the municipality of Hoeksche Waard, when she decided to jump behind the bar and give the staff a break, pouring wine as well as serving pints.
The purpose of her visit was to celebrate and promote the strong community life in the village.
Typically elegant in an emerald green satin midi dress, Máxima also channeled her competitive side by playing a board game with local residents.
The Dutch queen beamed as she chatted with older men and women, some of whom sat around a pool table.
Earlier on October 15, Máxima was in Waalwijk in the south of the Netherlands to open Dushi House, a small-scale residential facility for children who can no longer live at home.
Maxima greeted the spectators with a big smile and was dressed in a bright blue coat with a satin green dress underneath.
She matched her accessories to her ensemble and finished her look with a bright blue handbag and green suede stilettos.

The Dutch royal family, 53, seemed absorbed in the anniversary concert program
The royal kept her makeup soft and natural with a dewy base, soft pink lip and a touch of mascara.
In addition to her wedding ring, Maxima wore a gold statement necklace with four different types of stones, and thick gold earrings that perfectly complemented her outfit.
The royal family waved to the crowd gathered outside before the opening of the Dutch branch’s newest branch, which provides a safe place for children “for whom a home is not self-evident.”
According to the website, a Dushi House typically accommodates eight children between the ages of four and 18, with an in-house team of specialists to help with their education.
‘Where possible,’ says the website, ‘parents are involved in the growing up process.’
After Máxima cut the ribbon at the newest Dushi House on Tuesday, she sat down for a conversation with employees and young people at the facility.
The Queen was deep in conversation with officials during her visit to the children’s home, as plates of cakes and cookies, as well as bottles of tea, appeared to be left untouched.
Before she left, Maxima greeted a few residents of the Dushi House, named after the Dushi Learning Method that she uses so that every child grows into ‘someone who can fully participate in society’.
