Queen Máxima of the Netherlands stunned in a shimmering blue and gold two-piece suit at the Royal Palace

Queen Máxima glowed in gold on Wednesday evening when she and her husband King Willem-Alexander organized the Corps Diplomatique Gala at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam.

Radiant as ever, the Dutch Queen wore a recycled royal blue and gold two-piece by Danish couturier Claes Iversen, who also lives in the Netherlands.

Consisting of an off-the-shoulder top and voluminous skirt, both in satin and lace, the 52-year-old’s outfit was the perfect choice for an evening of splendor at the palace.

Her Majesty first wore the piece during the 80th birthday celebrations of King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway in May 2017.

Maxima’s jewelry left no piece untouched and was equally striking, with a Dutch sapphire necklace tiara she wore on her head and matching earrings taking center stage.
