A cavalcade of famous names has flocked to the Rock The Bells festival, which started in California but has now grown worldwide.

At this weekend’s East Coast event, LL Cool J was seen working up a storm for the photographers along with fellow New York rapper Scar Lip.

Method Man, who played the very first Rock The Bells as part of the Wu-Tang Clan in 2004, stood for a photo with Redman.

The groundbreaking Grandmaster Flash, who was part of the first rap group in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, was also present at the party.

Looking timelessly energetic at the age of 65, he modeled a blue and white ensemble including a t-shirt and cap that tapped into his own stage persona.

The ancient Forest Hills Stadium played host to a 13,000-strong crowd for Saturday’s stunning nine-hour show, PIX11 reported.

Among the acts they got to see was none other than Swizz Beatz, who snuggled up onstage with Beanie Sigel.

Meanwhile, an organization called Concerned Citizens Of Forest Hills has expressed the view that the stadium’s music festivals should be kept under control.

One member, Amy Hu, called Rock The Bells “a great thing,” but argued that “nine hours is too long for the residents here to hear backing bass at nine.”

She explained, “There’s too much banging. I have friends who live closer to the stadium and their houses are shaking.’
