Qanta’s plane has a mechanical problem in the air
- A Qantas flight to Port Macquarie returned to Sydney
- It developed a mechanical problem mid-flight
A QantasLink aircraft en route from Sydney to Port Macquarie has been diverted after a mechanical problem.
QF2162 left Sydney Airport at about 10:50 a.m. Friday morning, but returned and landed safely at 12:00 p.m.
Emergency services rushed to meet it.
