The Zurich-based fitness blogger also made sure she consumes healthy yet delicious meals, works out three to five times a week, and moves her body on days when she doesn’t exercise.

She shared before-and-after images of herself from the first day she started her new regimen and 60 days later with a toned and toned figure.

Giulia acknowledged that lifestyle changes can be “overwhelming” and that it’s hard to know where to start, but she reminded her followers not to feel like their new health routine has to be “perfect.”

Personal trainer Dr. Guilia (pictured), from Zurich, has shared how she transformed her body in just six days by making five ‘small but lasting’ changes to her diet and exercise routine

Guilia’s five changes included making sure she consumes healthy yet delicious meals, works out three to five times a week, and moves her body on days she doesn’t exercise

What are the five changes that PT Dr. Guilia has applied to transform her body in 60 days?

  1. Drink enough water (about 2L/3L)
  2. Eat healthy meals but delicious
  3. Exercise three to five times a week
  4. Move my body daily. For example, when I’m not working out, I can go for a walk or do some stretches, even moving for 15 minutes can be golden
  5. 80/20 rule, try to eat and exercise about 80 percent of the time on my plan and have about 20 percent time to eat out and try new things

60 days ago, Guilia started a new journey to better health by making five simple changes in her daily life.

“I’ve implemented a few small steps that if done every day can make a HUGE difference,” she said in an Instagram post.

First, Guilia drank two to three liters of water every day, ate healthy but tasty meals and exercised three to five times a week.

On days when she didn’t exercise, she still made sure to move her body by taking a short walk or doing some stretches.

“Even 15 minutes of exercise can be golden,” she said.
