Sarah Harris criticized Prince Harry’s tell-all memoir Spare for airing “cheap” secrets and questioned why the Duke of Sussex felt the need to write about his and his brother William’s circumcision.
The project’s new presenter spoke to Spare on Monday’s episode of Channel 10’s current affairs show, as Duke’s book is due to launch on Tuesday.
‘What are all those cheap things? What is that cheap thing you bring up in the book? However, what does that accomplish?’ he asked his co-hosts.
When Waleed Aly asked what he was referring to, Harris said he was referring to when Prince Harry “talked about his and his brother’s circumcision.”
“It’s just stuff you don’t need to know,” he said.

New current affairs presenter Sarah Harris (pictured) was perplexed by the “cheap stuff” in the book and asked why the Duke of Sussex chose to write about his circumcision.
Host Steve Price also criticized the Duke of Sussex for sharing private details about his family in exchange for a paycheck.
“He will not give up his title, he is selling his family secrets, including that he saw his grandmother, the queen, dead in bed, for money,” he said.
He’s publicizing a book, he’s been on Netflix, he’s done the Oprah interview. It’s about him and Meghan making money selling royal secrets.
Price added that he did not buy Prince Harry’s “justification” that he had written the book to “protect his wife”.
“He didn’t need to go public with any of this,” she said.
The Duke of Sussex addressed the media’s fascination with his genitalia in his autobiography as rumors swirled that he and his brother were uncircumcised.
“There were countless stories in books and newspapers (including in The New York Times) about Willy and I not being circumcised,” he wrote.
But Prince Harry put the rumors to rest, declaring all the stories inaccurate and confirming that he had been ‘cut’.
Other bizarre details in the book included the Duke of Sussex revealing that his penis had been injured during a grueling North Pole charity walk in 2011.
Prince Harry’s memoirs will be published on January 10. Some copies have been released before in Spain. (in the photo, a copy of the autobiography that has arrived early on the shelves in Spain)

A group of servicemen had decided to make the 305km trek to raise funds for Walking with the Wounded when Prince Harry joined them for four days.
He returned home in time to attend the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton and made an X-rated admission about his penis at the pre-wedding dinner.
“Dad was very interested and sympathetic to the discomfort of my frozen ears and cheeks, and it was an effort not to share too much and also tell him about my equally sensitive penis,” he wrote.
“Upon arriving home, I was horrified to find that my nether regions were also frostbitten, and although the ears and cheeks were already healing, the todger was not.”
The Duke of Sussex has opened up to more X-rated business in his autobiography, recounting how he lost his virginity to an unidentified older woman at the age of 17.
He explained how his anonymous first lover treated him like a ‘young stud’ and detailed how the steamy exchange took place in a field behind a pub.
Three years after his date with the anonymous older woman, Prince Harry began dating socialite Chelsea Davy.
