Aviv’s nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom million-dollar home sits in one of New York’s most expensive neighborhoods.

The elegant property of approximately 2.7 acres featured a wooden entry gate leading to the driveway and a resort pool in the middle of a private backyard.

Also featured on the property is a two car detached garage with a guest house.

The property was for sale until Aviv bought it in June.

Realtors on Zillow described the property as having “spacious first and second floor terraces, draped in wisteria and overlooking the fabulous gardens and sparkling pool.”

It was also described as an “ideal getaway”.

The quirky home was built in the 1920s, but has since been renovated to accommodate more recent design appeals.
