Priscilla Presley marks her 79th birthday with granddaughter Riley Keough, 34… after actress scored legal victory in battle for Graceland

Priscilla Presley celebrated her 79th birthday on Saturday with her granddaughter Riley Keough and other close family and friends.

The ex-wife of legend Elvis Presley – whose historic home Graceland was recently in danger of being sold – was seen in a black patterned sweater and pants at her dinner party in the collage her son Navarone Garcia posted on Instagram.

She wore her signature red hair with a side parting and a casual makeup look that made her red lip and blue eyes stand out.

Her celebration was one to remember as she posed next to a cake with an image of the businesswoman and her son that read ‘Happy Birthday Priscilla Presley’.

The now 79-year-old was snapped in the company of her granddaughter Riley, who bears a striking resemblance to the late Lisa Marie Presley, Priscilla’s daughter.

Riley looked radiant in a long white shirt and floor-length cream skirt as she greeted other guests.

She styled her honey brown locks into a low ponytail while wearing a light makeup look that brought out her natural beauty.

The birthday girl enjoyed the evening as she jammed at the DJ booth and tried her hand at remixing.

‘Happy Happy HAAAAPIEST of birthdays to the best mom in the whole world @priscillapresley, I hope you enjoyed your evening last night. I love you so much, thank you to everyone who came, and everyone who put everything together, and @chrisameruoso for the [photos]Garcia wrote in the caption.

The post was a hit, with fans racking up more than 2,000 likes and 235 comments.

Supportive fans took to the comments to express their congratulations, while one wrote: ‘Your mom looks amazing! I’m so happy to see her surrounded by so much love. I hope she had a great day celebrating her 79th birthday.”

Another top commenter added: ‘I hope she had a birthday as wonderful as she did!’

The birthday party takes place as Elvis’ estate in Tennessee Graceland was facing bankruptcy.

And now the FBI is reportedly investigating the attempted “fraudulent” sale of Graceland, Elvis’ former home and burial site.

Sources told TMZ that Graceland officials and people from Riley’s camp, who is the sole administrator of her grandfather’s estate, have been in contact with the FBI.

The outlet reported that the agency is “interested” in launching a criminal investigation into the sale.

The King of Rock ‘n’ Roll’s Memphis estate was set to go under the hammer this week until Keough filed a legal bid to block the sale.

Her lawyer Jeff Germany told a court there are “significantly serious allegations regarding the authenticity” of documents allegedly showing her late mother Lisa Marie Presley lent $3.8 million using Graceland as collateral.

The alleged loan was made through a Missouri company called Naussany Investments and Private Lending.

Germany told the court he had had “no contact whatsoever” with Nassauny, neither with lawyers acting on behalf of the court nor with his alleged boss Kurt Naussany.

That left a clear decision for Chancellor JoeDae Jenkins, who said it was in the “public interest” to maintain a temporary restraining order blocking the proposed sale on the courthouse steps at 10 a.m. Thursday.

β€œThe court will order the sale as requested because the property is considered unique under Tennessee law and because it is unique, the loss of the property would be considered irreparable harm,” he said during the 10-minute hearing.

The one-page fax, signed by Gregory E. Naussany and received by the court today, stated: β€œI respectfully deny the allegations made by Danielle Riley Keough. I believe that the claims against Naussany Investments & Private Lending are without merit.”

He said his company was “prepared to provide evidence and arguments” in its defense when the case goes to trial.

On Wednesday, mysterious financier Gregory Nassauny told DailyMail.com that the case was too complicated and that he had given up the fight for the mansion.

In response to an email sent to an address listed on court papers, a man posing as Nassauny told DailyMail.com he was “withdrawing all claims with prejudice.”

The shadowy outfit claimed that Lisa Marie, who died in January 2023 at the age of 54, defaulted on the loan.

Naussany planned to recoup the money by selling Graceland, the note said.

Ahead of Wednesday’s hearing, the Mad Max: Fury Road actress’ lawyers obtained a temporary restraining order to block the “out-of-court sale,” arguing that the alleged loan never happened and that the documents were “forgeries.”

Elvis bought the eight-bed Graceland estate in 1957 for $102,500, the same year he released Jailhouse Rock, one of 18 songs of his that went to number one.

He and Priscilla had Lisa Marie nine months after their wedding in 1967, and she spent her early years on her father’s sprawling estate.

Elvis and Priscilla divorced six years later, but Lisa Marie returned to Memphis regularly to stay and would eventually inherit Graceland after her father died there in 1977.

The property was eventually converted into a money-making tourist attraction with a museum, $200 VIP tours and candlelight vigils marking each anniversary of the rock ‘n’ roll icon’s death, drawing 650,000 visitors annually and in value rose to $100 million.

Lisa Marie died in January 2023, at the age of 54, after suffering cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California.

It was later discovered that she died of a “small bowel obstruction” caused by bariatric surgery that she had undergone, according to the autopsy.

Last year, Priscilla confirmed that her wish is to be buried next to her late ex-husband Elvis at his Graceland estate after her death.

Elvis, Lisa Marie and her son Benjamin are all buried in Graceland.
