Princess Margaret’s granddaughter makes her modelling debut on Tatler cover
She was a bridesmaid at William and Kate’s wedding and stood with the couple on the balcony of Buckingham Palace as they shared a kiss.
Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones, now 20 years old, is back in the spotlight on the cover of Tatler.
However, being in the public eye is an unusual state of affairs for Princess Margaret’s granddaughter.
Because despite her background, she now leads a quiet life in Paris, where she can cycle around unnoticed.
Lady Margarita, 26th in line to the throne, shares a flat with friends in the French capital, where she moved in September to study jewelery and photography.

In one image, the 20-year-old wears a huge hat with lilac feathers and a fitted sleeveless black mini dress with white pleated skirt. She flaunts a diamond and sapphire necklace and hoop earrings while stacking silver statement rings on her left hand with a chunky diamond bracelet
Her creative instincts are likely nurtured by her amicably divorced parents, the Earl of Snowdon – a carpenter and maker of luxury goods – and Serena, Countess of Snowdon, an avid amateur sculptor.
Her late grandfather was the famous portrait photographer Antony, Earl of Snowdon, who was married to Margaret from 1960 to 1978.
In the photo shoot to mark Lady Margarita’s 21st birthday in May, Tatler says she has her grandmother’s “curious look,” adding, “The result: a real English rose bomb.”
The couture dress, which shifts statement sleeves, is then gathered around Lady Margarita’s waist and then flares out into a voluminous skirt.
The fashionista is pictured with her blonde hair pulled back, showing off her breathtaking peachy pink complexion and statement eyeliner.
To complete her look, Lady Margarita rocked a dark smokey eye, bright pink lipstick and black nail polish.
During the shoot, the aristocrat also wore a 1960s-inspired black mini dress with a pleated skirt and a chic hat.
The blonde beauty wore her hair in loose waves and exuded glamor thanks to her purple chunky necklace and matching dangly earrings.

Lady Margarita was famously one of Kate Middleton’s four flower girls during her wedding to Prince William in 2011 – alongside Prince William’s goddaughter Grace van Cutsem, the groom’s niece Lady Louise Windsor and the granddaughter of the Queen consort Eliza Lopes
In another stunning photo, Prince William and Prince Harry’s second cousin is all smiles as she poses in a structured white mini dress with a feathered skirt and fan.
Lady Margarita never actually met Margaret, as she was born three months after the late Queen’s sister died in February 2002.

She was pictured in 2017 exchanging warm words with the late Queen at a thanksgiving service for her grandfather, Lord Snowdon.
The usually quiet 20-year-old has been in the spotlight a bit more than usual in recent years, after attending Prince Philip’s memorial service and funeral events for the Queen.
Her father David, along with other senior members of the royal family, walked behind the Queen’s coffin.
Last November, she appeared to be paying tribute to her late grandmother, Princess Margaret, when she wore a white fur coat to Tatler’s Little Black Book party in London.
Pictured arriving at cabaret and cocktail bar The Windmill, the student looked sensational in a silver sequined mini dress with a plunging neckline.
Lady Margarita opted for a silver smokey-eyed look, styled her blonde hair in loose waves and completed her look with a pair of black heels and a coat reminiscent of one her late grandmother owned in the 1950s.

Lady Margarita wore a bespoke faux fur coat designed by Michael Kors that evoked memories of her grandmother, Princess Margaret, pictured at a film premiere in 1951, a stone’s throw away in Leicester Square
The custom Michael Kors creation appears to be based on a garment worn by a then-21-year-old Princess Margaret at the 1951 premiere of Captain Horatio Hornblower.
The glamorous film premiere took place on April 12, 1951 in Leicester Square – just a stone’s throw from where the princess’s granddaughter partied all night in Soho earlier this week.
Under her fur coat, the late princess – who died of a stroke in 2002 – wore a long-sleeved V-neck dress decorated with pink sequins.
Other Tatler cover stars include Princess Charlene, who graced the cover in January 2022.
